The strong connection with nature, culture, design, and architecture has placed Tulum among the top destinations to vacation, live, and invest in, not only in Mexico but also internationally. According to the Mexican Institute for Competitiveness (IMCO), this town, in recent years, has had substantial growth in terms of innovation in mobility.

The wide range of exclusive spas, gourmet cuisine, as well as the presence of an important community of creatives, not to mention its dream beaches, have made this town famous as a tourist destination that receives about 1.4 million visitors a year.

In addition to the beaches, one of the fabulous attractions of Tulum is its great cultural offer. In fact, the National Institute of Anthropology and History (INAH) considers it the most emblematic site of Quintana Roo due to its privileged location and the conservation of its buildings and mural paintings. This paradise is also home to part of the Sian Ka’an biosphere, declared a World Heritage Site, which preserves nine ecosystems and is home to several endangered species.

In part, this has made Tulum attract various luxury residential developments that seek to respect the area’s natural beauty through a proposal of contemporary architecture reminiscent of the Mayan culture.

The destination is frequently visited mainly by national and international tourists with greater ecological awareness, a group of people who stand out for searching for new and exclusive life experiences that are more friendly to the environment.
